Can anyone tell me what boat this is? I think its a modified Aerokits fire boat or Sea queen, The deck is different because it steps down, the cabin looks to be modified, the hull is all fibre glass with wooden bulkheads. Nice 10cc Merco engine. Will upload more recent pics as the pics are from about 18 months ago, I've since started re building the boat to sail then in future sell.

This is the model seen in the video of Dunlin but now electric powered. Gave her a repaint which involved stripping right back to bare wood as the original finish was crazed due to a reaction. Finall got fed up with it and bit the bullet.

Fishing cruiser built from kit by Dumas- no longer available I believe. Powered by Graupner Speed 500 on 7.2 volts with MTroniks 15 amp ESC. Travels at brisk walking pace so not exciting, but nice to watch. Has a big boat feel even though only two feet long. There's a video of Scoter on the water.

Lesro Sportsman kit, wood sports fishing boat 33'' in length, weight about 8lb. MFA 850 on 12v (10 NiMHcells 3.5ah) MTroniks 40amp esc, X50 prop. Built by Ian Gardner. March 2010. I am now using 12 cells and a Graupner speed controller. I added watercooling too and the boat goes noticeably faster- but melted a fuse holder on first outing so I need to upgrade some of the wiring. There was also a bit of prop aerating on turns so might reduce the prop size. The last photo is with increased voltage.

This is Baldrick, a Krick radio controlled canoe.Yes he actually paddles his way round the pond (calm waters only as he gets swamped easily).Manual speed control powered by 2 x c size batteries and 4 AA for reciever placed for and arft for balance, not fast but very good to watch. Baldrick last outing was at Twyford Water works open day Twyford Hants and he has been asked back. A very different model which needs a delicate hand to operate, but still fun.
